The Kevadnurme project will be something truly special. Near \u00dclenurme, we are creating a cohesive residential area where contemporary architecture meets the greenery and tranquility of rural living.<\/p>\n
To achieve the best possible architectural solution, we organized an architectural competition in 2022, which was won by Raadius Architects. Their design for the Kevadnurme homes is architecturally distinctive and bold, yet compact and practical.<\/p>\n
Kevadnurme will feature 11 terraced houses, each unit with its own private lawn area and a choice of four different floor plan types. Energy-efficient solutions have also been carefully considered, including geothermal heating and solar panels. The area will be connected into a unified whole by illuminated streets, pedestrian and cycling paths, and a green park with a playground and sports area. Across the road from the Kevadnurme homes is the Soinaste \u201cLaululind\u201d kindergarten, and just a few minutes\u2019 drive away is \u00dclenurme Upper Secondary School, complete with a stadium and a new sports hall.<\/p>\n
Landscaping plays an important role in the Kevadnurme residential quarter. Our goal is to create a natural yet distinctive landscape that brings people closer to nature. For this purpose, we have partnered with GreenCube O\u00dc and landscape architect Alari Suurmets, whose portfolio includes several award-winning projects, such as Fahle Park in Tallinn and the tallest living plant wall in the Baltics (29 m) at the Oecologicum building in Tartu.<\/p>\n
