In cooperation with the architectural bureau Raadius, we are planning to develop two apartment buildings on the site. The street-facing building will be three storeys high and will feature one- to four-room apartments. The courtyard-side building will be two storeys high and will offer two-room apartments.<\/p>\n<p>A private courtyard area with a children\u2019s playground will be located between the two buildings, providing a safe and pleasant environment for residents.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oa 35a is currently in the design phase.
