Oa 35a is currently in the design phase. In cooperation with the architectural bureau Raadius, we are planning to develop two apartment buildings on the site. The street-facing building will be three storeys high and will feature one- to four-room apartments. The courtyard-side building will be two storeys high and will offer two-room apartments.
A private courtyard area with a children’s playground will be located between the two buildings, providing a safe and pleasant environment for residents.
