Kuu 24 is a six-storey residential and office building that combines a classical exterior with modern architecture. Parking is provided in an underground garage, offering a convenient solution for apartment owners in both winter and summer. Direct access from the parking level leads to the stairwell, from where upper floors can be reached easily by stairs or elevator.

Structurally, the building features a flat roof. The first floor is constructed on a pile foundation with a monolithic reinforced concrete framework consisting of beams, columns, and slabs, while the upper floors have a rectangular floor plan and are built using Columbia block masonry. The main facade is finished with plaster, complemented by projecting window surrounds and a distinctive western facade where the balcony structures are clad with fibre cement panels. As an interesting architectural detail, a metal-and-wood modular railing has been used around the first floor, giving the building a unique appearance.

The building meets Energy Class A standards, with a solar panel system installed on the roof. All apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, a separate apartment-specific adjustable ventilation unit, and video intercom systems. Warm and secure storage rooms have also been conveniently integrated into the building.

Interior finishes include high-quality full-body ceramic tiles and sanitary fittings in the bathrooms. Apartment floors are finished with natural oak parquet.
